Low-carb diet is a diet that restricts carbohydrate foods, such as those in
sweets, pasta, and bread. These foods contain protein, healthy fats and
vegetables.
There
are various types of low-carbohydrate diets, and studies show that they can
make weight loss and improve health. The following foods/beverages that should
be in the eating, which may be eaten and which should be avoided for at meal:

"Diet" and "low fat": crackers, cereals and assorted dairy
products.
-Food
Full preparations: Do not eat processed known factory made.

Soft drinks, ice cream, candy, agave, fruit juice.
-Animal
