Low Carbohydrate Diet Meal


A Low-carb diet is a diet that restricts carbohydrate foods, such as those in sweets, pasta, and bread. These foods contain protein, healthy fats and vegetables.

There are various types of low-carbohydrate diets, and studies show that they can make weight loss and improve health. The following foods/beverages that should be in the eating, which may be eaten and which should be avoided for at meal:

Low-carbohydrate diet foods
Food for low-carbohydrate diets should consider several things such as how much weight you need to lose, how much you exercise and your body health today.

Basic Foods:
At meal: Bulbs, seeds, non-gluten grains, healthy oils, fats, dairy, high-fat dairy, whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, eggs, fish, and meat.
Should not be eaten: food processing, the product "diet", the product is low-fat, trans fats, oil seeds, wheat, and sugar.

Foods to avoid:
Artificial-sweeteners: Cyclamate, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, Saccharin, and Aspartame. To replace the artificial sweetener  use Stevia that can eat.
-Grains High in Omega-6 oils and vegetable oils such as canola, safflower, corn, grapeseed, sunflower, soybean, and Cottonseed.
-Product "Diet" and "low fat": crackers, cereals and assorted dairy products.
-Food Full preparations: Do not eat processed known factory made.
-sugar: Soft drinks, ice cream, candy, agave, fruit juice.
-Animal Trans: hydrogenated oils hydrogenated a half.
Note: If you have a list of foods with the label "health food", read the list of ingredients contained therein.

Low Carbohydrate food list (food that eaten)
 A Low-carbohydrate diet based on the food MUST be original, unprocessed and low-carbohydrate diet.
-Vegetables: Carrots, cauliflower, spinach, etc.
-Fruits: Strawberries, pears, oranges, blueberries, apples.
-Nuts and seeds: Sunflower seeds, walnuts, and almonds.
-Fish: Wild fish caught is the most excellent fish, haddock, trout, and salmon
-Egg: Omega-3 eggs are well maintained.
-High-Fat milk: yogurt, heavy cream, butter, and cheese.
-Animal and Oil: cod fish, olive oil, lard, butter, and coconut oil.
-Meat from animals that got the best grass such as chicken, pork, lamb, beef etc. that got the best food
-High Fat Milk: yogurt, heavy cream, butter, and cheese.

Note:
-For Fruit food, do not eat more than one piece of fruit per day
-to foods nuts and cheese, be careful when eating it because it is easy to eat excessively.

The food could have been eaten
-Beans: pinto beans, black beans, and lentils on a condition you tolerate to eat.
-Non-gluten grains: wheat, quinoa, rice, etc.
-Tubers: Sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc.

If you want to moderate these foods, you can try:
-Wine: Dry wines without added sugar or carbohydrates.
-Coklat Black: Use dark chocolate with 70% organic brands with a high cocoa.
Dark chocolate has antioxidants and health benefits if these foods in moderation. However, it must realize also that if too eating/drinking too much good dark chocolate and alcohol will hinder the development of diet.

Low-carb drinks
-Water Carbonated (sugar-free carbonated beverages)
Carbonated drinks can enhance the ability to swallow food, increase satiety and help relieve constipation.

-Coffee
Several scientific studies concluded that coffee has a number of positive impacts as can increase energy levels and makes the drinker smarter, coffee can also help burn fat.
Drastically, coffee can increase physical strength dramatically, contain important nutrients and so may lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

-Tea

Green tea can improve brain function, remove fat, reduce the risk of cancer, contain bioactive components that can improve health, improve physical strength, protects the brain in old age, lower the risk of developing Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
